Well with the new Season of Gossip Girl starting on ITV last week, no one can not help noticing Chace Crawford, as all the promo’s on ITV have shown him shirtless in every single promo.

Chace grew up in Dallas, Texas. His father is a dermatologist and his mother is a teacher. He played on the golf team throughout high school.
